ATMOSAN

VISUAL IDENTITY
PUBLICATION

A speculative University project exploring what could happen in future if corporations found a way to control the demographics of polluted cities through access to clean air.

The narrative is told unreliably through Atmosan's lense, a problematic corporation that builds air purification towers and monopolises from only making clean air accessible to the wealthy.

Same Boat Hero
PUBLICATION

This publication acts as an introduction to Atmosan through their own perspective. Whilst the visuals are clean and corporate, Atmosan's injustices are exposed subliminally through the misleading infographics and written text.

I conducted research into real-world examples of injustices surrounding pollution and clean air. This informed me on how data can be manipulated into misleading infographics, and the importance of analysing infographics thoroughly to detect biases.

VISUAL IDENTITY

The imagery for AtmoSan's logo derives from a Beautfort Scale icon used in measuring the wind and air movement since the early 19th Century.

Below are early concepts for the logo, featuring more modular approaches. The final design feels most appropriate for a corporate setting.
